1. Before turning on the control console current switch, it is necessary to first set the stirring switch and the speed control heating switch to zero. 

2. Before adding the materials, rinse the inner walls, stirring surfaces and joint areas of the autoclave with the mother solution. Then slowly close the upper cover to avoid damaging the joint surfaces. 

3. When tightening the screws, make sure they are installed in the correct positions and use a torque wrench to apply force symmetrically in a cross shape to avoid uneven force distribution. Do not tighten the screws all the way at once; instead, gradually apply force symmetrically to ensure a proper tightening. 

4. After tightening the screws, first use a mechanical pump to create a vacuum, then repeatedly introduce nitrogen gas two to four times to exhaust all the air in the reactor, then create a vacuum again, introduce hydrogen gas, start the stirring, and increase the temperature. Proceed with normal operation. 

5. Once the reaction is complete, stop the stirring, evacuate all the residual hydrogen in the reactor, then introduce nitrogen, vent the gas, unscrew the screw and take samples. 

6.5L hydrogenation reactor is not resistant to strong acids. Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and other strong acids must not be used in the reaction solution. 

7. Near the hydrogenation reactor, operations that may generate sparks are prohibited, and wearing shoes with nails is also forbidden during operation.
